Tevez is one of our best players he should start every week he is a top player and he gives 100%, He will get better and better for us.

What do you base these comments on?

v Wolves- Showed magnificent touches linking up with Adebayor and worked hard He was only back from injury at that stage.

v West Ham- He scored two goals, could of scored more (He got himself into positions to get the chances) He got man of the match that night

v Rags- He was almost ruled out for the game game but came into the side, set up the Gareth Barry goal and never gave the Rags defence time on the ball.

V Wigan- He started of the game giving the ball away but he got himself into the game and worked his socks off and set up the goal, I thought he was our best player that day, He played some brilliant through balls into Adebayor and SWP.

And he is still getting his back to full fitness.

true he hasnt had the best start but that doesnt matter, he will go on to become a amazing player for us...still one of our best players.

He's definitely a starter, what's your logic shumey? He's got a real positive attitude and is only gonna get better, along with City's teamwork.

Obviously you can't knock his work ethic, some people think he's just a work horse and nothing more, at times his passing is poor and his touch is bad, i.e wigan first half, but the guy can run at players and take them on, he can pass, he can shoot, he can set things up, he can change a game, overall you wouldn't put him in our top 3 players for his all round attributes but he's a top player to have in your team.

And one of the most important his attitude is absolutely spot on.

"No one deserves an automatic starting place, the team should be picked on form. And at the moment when there's Bellamy and Petrov who are undroppable I don't see him as anything more than the bench".

One rule for one..one for another...

Agree about Bellamy but....

How is Petrov undroppable?

petrov is not un droppable, hughes proving this after the west ham game, where petrov was outstanding. IMO tevez is still finding his feet with us but will prove a great player for us, his entire career in england has seen him be a scorer of important goals for his previous clubs, and i reckon come march april time we'll be appreciating him a whole lot more.

there is no doubt he gives us 100% everytime he plays but maybe he would be best as an impact sub thats what alot of people was saying when we bought him, his pace strenghth and pitbull atitude in the last 15mins teams just would not be able to handle him

What about a player with pace and pitbull attitude playing for more than 17% of the match. I think he has to start alongside Ade or RSC everytime, there's plenty of hunger on our bench wanting to prove a point who can do that job.

Carlos is about 70/75% fit at the moment, practically no pre-season and a couple of knocks have hampered his progression.

He needs more games and an injury free run and given that then he should be fully up to speed in 3/4 weeks, once he has his burst of pace back then watch him go.

He will be a legend at our club.
