1 goal in 8 games is it now? His amazing goals to games ratio is going to start suffering soon if he keeps misfiring. His workrate was back today, lots of running and he seems to like being the only real forward, but he fluffed his lines repeatedly in front of goal.

To be hoest i thought he was woeful inf ront of goal - all the goal scoring instincts of DJ - gor me he aint putting himself about as much as he once did BUT certainly the last 20 he seemed to be back to what he once was

Dire today in my view. Worked hard but did the things we moan at SWP for - running into players, giving the ball away needlessly, etc.. Missed 2 or 3 very good chances as well.

It's not going for him at the moment but I'm sure a game against the rags at Wembley will perk him up.
