People quickly forget what he has done for us on the pitch, we wouldn't have got anywhere near 5th last year and nowhere near where we are now without Tevez, he has carried this team and won games on his own. Yes he's not playing well, all players go through bad patches but as long as he continues to put in 100% he will always receive my backing. Just look at his goals and assist record.

he ran back 30 yards to make a tackle, whilst 2 city players stood there and watched.
the cheer was a cheer to say well in carlos, as every city player looked fucking scared of going in.
he turned round and raised his arms to the players as if to say comon sort yourselfs out, he was right with what he did.

we are taking him for granted. Nothing he tried really came off, but his workrate exceptional & I loved that run and sliding tackle. Defending from the front with a few minutes to go despite being very tired is what it's all about.
Very unfair and totally inaccurate to say the Derby will perk him up.

I think he means Craig Bellamy MkII as in can do no wrong in the eyes of the fans regardless of form.
He just said "ha fucking ha" so I don't think he meant that! Seriously, Tevez has surely bought himself more than a few average performances for City hasn't he? I would have him in a heartbeat over any other PL striker, if only every City player had his attitude.... but hey I'm just a casual observer!
dno why everyones jumping to his defence, his hard work is admirable and i rightly applauded him for that great tracking back near the end, but the fact of the matter he was bought for his quality in front of goal and has only scored one goal in 8 games, whatever he has done to carry us in the past, he is still open to criticism now. the best forward in the world, on current form ? not a chance
