Not for me - don't like how the hob takes up so much of the breakfast bar - your diners would get spattered with fat when you were frying sausages - and it's too far from the oven/grill and the fridge.

Not surprised he moved.

Was it his house or rented? Could it be the owners are selling it now that Tevez has finally got a mortgage - it has been hard to get one recently;-) - moved out and bought his own place?
 
Its been up there for nearly a year now... take it with a pinch of salt.



Also, I might add that some houses on there that were sold years ago sometimes don't get taken down off rightmove.
 
I'd give my left arm and right leg to be able to afford to live in a place like that. Fcuk I'd even through in a kidney

I havent seen this vid since it first came out, I honestly cant see him staying, and have started to convince myself that we wont miss him that much. But watching that video and seeing some of the goals he has scored again, as much as I try to convince myself otherwise I really am gonna miss the ugly fucker.

I wondered everyone elses thoughts though. Does anyone reckon he is gonna stay or is everybody now resigned to him leaving?
 
Moved out a while ago but still paying rent until June. Renting another house now. Never owned it. Most of the overseas players buy now. Stamp Duty alone would be £175k on that house, why buy if you move on in a couple of years?
