Texas court halts sale of Dippers

Accoroing to a very respected legal source I know the international convention is that a decision is one country's courts is recognised in a another country. The court in Dallas has no clear jurisdiction over these events and the judge is flouting convention.

So is it basically an idea of who gets in first. If the yanks had got the injuction at the american court would it never have been heard in the high court.

I dont understand why the high court got involved when its not an english company
