The twat left us with no option but to sell or lose him on a free. We stood by him through his injury the least he could have done was sign an extension with an agreement in place to leave for Bayern, Coutinho did it for Liverpool.

Sane is a @@@@ and like I said nobody will change my mind he mugged us.

What is this Coutinho contract you speak of? He signed a new deal in January 2017 and left 12 months later. That wasn't Coutinho trying to aid Liverpool get as much money as possible as he still had another 3 years left by the time Barcelona signed him; he had simply decided he was going to stay in January and changed his mind a year later. I don't recall any precedent of a player signing a new deal to help his club make the most money they can from the club he wants to go to.

It is not fair to say we stood by him through an injury. That is only right and proper. He was an employee of this club and got that injury playing for it so there are legal and moral obligations to help. Bit unfair when people say that I think.

Coutinho signed a new deal then left 12 months later to the same team he wanted to leave for in the 1st place but for an absolute shit ton of money.

Like I said, he didn't sign it to protect his parent club, he signed it because he wanted to stay; Sane didn't and made it clear to the club. You might not like the fact he left but he really didn't do anything wrong.

Pal it's obvious Sane was going behind our backs making a deal & talking with Bayern to get out the club. I'd say that's fucking wrong mate.

Some people get so precious about the thought of someone wanting to leave City, they're not all mad city fans like us.

Yeah ideally he would have gone last year for at least double but he got injured and now hes gone.

Didnt want to stay, we negotiated a decent price I think with less than 12m left and basically a season out injured.

Thanks for the memories, I'll give you a clap when we play Bayern, we move on.
