Thank You Kyle Walker

Oh how they laughed and mocked at the 50 million fee for a 'full back' in 2017 ... same clowns are all silent now ... an integral cog during our glory years and undoubtably the greatest ever City right back ... sorry Zab and we do still love you for sending that birthday message to our 12yr son so many many moons ago ... Kyle's athleticism & physical strength were unique along with an exemplary injury record ... a player for the trenches and his epic battle with Vinicius Junior was one for the ages ... undoubtedly a players player and I never felt he got the 'love' he deserved ... was surprised when he was nominated as captain but evidence that he had the respect of the dressing room ... my memories of Kyle will always be a positive one and he's a true City great in my book ... such a pity that we can't give him a proper farewell ... wish him the best

Some of the fan page/Media coverage has been absolutely disgusting. By far the Best P4P RB we’ve ever had.
Also. Not the best captain. But he’s moved on like people were asking for. I just hope the abuse on a 34 year old for not being what he was is worth it

Thank you, Kyle, for the brilliantly outstanding contribution to the success of Manchester City over the last seven seasons.

You were an integral part of the team, as proven by the fact that you played well over 300 times for this great club.

Probably the best individual moment was seeing you outpacing Vinicius jr. at Etihad in that wonderfully one-sided semifinal tie.

Your place in the history of Manchester City is assured, and I wish you all the best for the rest of your career and the future beyond that.

We are all flawed but few truly excel at what they do. Kyle's contribution to surely the greatest team English football has ever known (Four in a row, Treble, World Champions, centurions, quadruple etc) cannot and should not be forgotten. Thank you Kyle, look back with massively deserved pride at what you achieved as an integral part of MCFC. Thank You.

Been an excellent servant to this club and up until the past year and a bit maybe,he made a few vital errors, but who hasn`t.
Goes with my blessing as a wonderful sportsman.
Mate please keep your dick in your trousers over in Italy otherwise your dick will be fed to the fish along with yourself "sleeping with the fishes" ;)
Good luck and thanks for everything you`ve helped us achieve.

Thank you Kyle and all the very best for the future. You were a great player and advocate of our great club, a term which you often mentioned when talking about City. Overall an amazing and very consistent defender with the odd special goal here and there (and a cameo as a keeper too!!) but what epitomised you in my humble opinion were your performances against the oppositions 'pacey threat' on the left, usually at the business end of the season where you put in some of the finest defensive displays I've ever witnessed. Immense, I think is the word. Numerous honours with City, Captain and 93 England caps to boot (and counting) You'll never beat Kyle Walker !!!!

Best right back for me and he has the chest back to the keeper I’ve ever seen! The supposed mistakes he always made didn’t actually happen all that much except for this season. Were a few years where he was a complete rock on that side and felt entirely comfortable with anything coming at him.

He had both Mbappe and Vinicius locked down on plenty of occasions and not only because of his speed but he had great ability to just ease someone off the ball. Won’t replace him easily.

Good luck Kyle! Pity we couldn’t give you a better send off but sure you’ll get a rapturous welcome when you return to visit.

A tough act to follow that’s for sure.

Probably the best RB in PL history, helped us win many trophies.

It was weird, and probably a mistake, to make him our captain after the Treble season, when he was benched in most big games, and especially in the context of his problems off the pitch, but it is what it is.

Thanks for the memories Kyle, those battles with Real Madrids Vinicius Junior were fantastic and some of, if not the best football I've ever seen.

I honestly think if he could have played through the pain for another 15 minutes in that away game at Real where we lost in extra time, we'd have won that game.

Happy happy memories, and I wish him well in the future.
Yes, even Vinicius not known for sporting gestures congratulated Kyle after leg 1 of the semi. He just could not get past peak Kyle.
Best of luck to him.
