Thanks Tevez

For your goals,
For your workrate,
For your celebrations
For your cupped ears to Fergie
For your mouthing off gesture to Neville
For that poster
For helping to turn the tide in Manchester

Thanks a million Carlos,

PS. I wanted you out when you refused to warm up, but with hindsight I can understand, and you are forgiven

Absolutely gutted. I really hope that there's a plan in place as we've now lost 2 world class strikers in the last 6 months and not replaced them (although I certainly haven't missed the other idiot).

This all the way, absolute warrior who carried his team mates in some games. Yes he was a bit of a c**t with the Mancini Munich fiasco but that aside, outstanding skill, outstanding work rate and a world class player, will be sadly missed!!

I hope we have some serious business lined up to replace him, with the isco saga I'm starting the flap :-)

Don't even joke about it!

This is my gut feeling. Cavani to Chelsea and we get Torres. Wouldn't surprise me at all.

1. If we are getting anything close to that, that's a great number. Does anyone know what kind of numbers are being bandied around?

2. Sad to see him go as he will always be one of my favorite footballers of all time.

3. So now that Falcao/Cavani/Jovetic/Higuain are all pretty much out of the picture, who gets brought in? I'd think that even if we start using Guidetti a bit, we will still want a fourth striker. The anticipation of being at least a little surprised is pretty exciting actually. Are there other concrete targets that are more than just fan fantasies?
I still think that David Villa would fit in well at City for a couple of years....he has a great understanding with Silva.
