No, never.

Admittedly I have a Season Card and am on all 3 cup schemes, so my dealings with them are only for the few away games I go to, so minimal contact, but when ever I have had to call them never had a problem.

Bought Fulham tickets today and the confirmation said 0 loyalty points earned. Sent them an email.Just got one back saying they had corrected the error.

Always go to the ticket office. in the past I have been put on hold for to long. Plus on a few occasions I have been cut off.
