Right then its time you came down to Manchester, we'll go for a picnic in wythenshawe park, we'll wear our City shirts, sing city songs and talk about doggy's ;-)

Well since I generally only come to Manchester every home game, maybe watching the match would be better ;)

Have said I'll try and meet up with Sue again at a game sometime, though Mary D's isn't my favourite after a bad experience once so probably won't actually see anyone else.

You can meet at the new City Square :)

how could anyone turn down a lovely day out in wythy park, shopping trolleys in the stream, alcoholics leathered on white lightening, and being told to fuck off by 7yr olds, well blue spice.........

fair play.

It was a tough call but City just shaded it :P

-- Sat Aug 21, 2010 6:07 am --

As fot weddings and civil ceremonies, I already got a husband from a football message board so I think that'll do me for now.
And the dog is utterly gorgeous ........... ;)

I knew all about your little tryst spice girl!
Suebird told me all about it when she come round to see my baby last week ; - )
Glad you both enjoyed yourself's!
That Sue could talk a glass-eye to sleep though lol x

Ps Nell does not like me one bit, just never got on tbh!
Therefore never ever ever ask me on one of your little walks because Nell just would not allow such nonsense!!

I think Sue and I were a match for nattering - in fact it was my yakking that caused us not to hear two men walking behind us so I got the fright of my life when they just appeared :D You'll be glad to know Nell didn't like them either - it's a man thing it seems. But she's a little darling if you're the right gender ;)

She can smell my fear lol!
If you come down for the match and meet up with Sue, I might let you buy me a pint?

I shall certainly sleep well tonight!

What an absolutely lovely lady - the day flew by, we never ran out of things to talk about (and some of it wasn't City ;) ) and we hardly noticed how many miles of Hadrian's Wall we walked.

Thoroughly enjoyed it :)

I hope you asked Hadrian before hand.

Are we doing a 'blue moon wife swap' on here or have i missed something?
this is a great idea, i want a new push bike for a 38 year old reasonably attractive ( from a distance) wife

PMSL, when you lot have quite finished wrecking what is left of my reputation!

Anji, it was a delight to finally meet up. Can't believe how much we gabbed, certainly made the miles go by quickly. Nell was a true canine heroine when she shifted that not very happy cow.

Back up at the sheepdog trials in Alnwick (cue 'was she guilty' jokes), wearing my City shirt of course. Going to see Mr Hadrian and his wall again tomorrow:-)

Tee hee.
My lot couldn't believe there could be two like us!
Have another fabulous walk on the Wall tomorrow - I'd join you again if I could. Loved our day together.
