Nice to see my son's lovely Auntie Bluebird1 here now and again!

Aw Scott you'll make me blush:-)

Seriously folks, if you want a nice break away from
God's own city get yourself up here to Northumberland. Fabulous scenery and brilliant walks. Supposed to have gone home today but decided to stay another night!

PS Ged and Tim, you are in sooo much trouble!!!

Cheeky man! Wait 'til I next see you! (When AM I next seeing you? Billy's coming to Chelsea game with me as it's my birthday - you around for that?)

And we DID notice the breathtaking scenery - impossible to miss. It's so very beautiful, this country of ours. :)

Only the rags game planned so far but if the tribunal is settled sooner I hope to be over for a couple of games before that. I think Billy will enjoy watching a real team for a change (but dont tell him I said that lol)

Let me know if you get to any others - I am taking time off work to go to the derby but not sure if I'll get to the pub yet. Will try.

Billy will be visiting twice this year - Chelsea game and of course when we play his boys - I missed them last season.

Didn't you know? All the best threads digress and end up having nothing whatsoever to do with the original post ;)

It said something along the lines of "Bluebird1 and BlueSpice, Chatting Championships 2010, Hadrians Wall" lol.

The lake was the other side of the quarry. When I got to the top of that hill I found it led round to the Walltown Fort where I'd been about two hours earlier!!! Will put the others up on FB.
