Some good memories of cheetham hill lived near george st near woolworths for twenty years before moving to warrington.used to sit on the kippax wall in the good old days.

June Kelly deserves her award, there's more than football to what she's done with her teams. I see them regularly in Tesco at Cheetham Hill collecting for their teams. Love Cheetham Hill, I work near there and over 100 languages spoken in that area. Fantastic variety of shops not that I like shopping.

I was raised round there and always think of that area as 'home' even now. It was something of a nightmare area about 20 odd years back if you read the local news at that time but now it just seems much better.
