Ahh bugger. Guess I was wrong to assume that they’d escalate it and pay out everyone. Yeah, on the app just find the help and support bit at the bottom of the menu and you’ll end up on a live chat. They’ll sort it out pretty quickly, at least they did with me!

Hi mate, you might have to contact them yourself if you’re an impatient sod like me :) Looks like they only treated me as a one-off rather than paying out everyone. My withdrawal is being processed now, but others don’t seem to have been paid out yet.
