It would be brilliant for a competition that has been really suffering a credibility problem, to me all they have to do is reduce it a bit and move the games to Wednesday night

Has it? From what I've seen teams in Europe take it seriously, seen as though there is only 2 European trophies to go for. I think its just in this country for some reason(probably Sky) that everyone thinks the Champs League is the be all and end all

I've always liked this competition, I think its a lot more open than Champs League and exposes other players rather than the usual wankfest over Rooney, Messi, Ronaldo etc

I don't think that 3rd placed Champs League teams should drop though
