Someone explain to me. The commentator said no contact by the camel. Good ref. The ball had gone past him so if there was contact, it's a pen/free-kick. If there's no contact, why is the camel holding his knee, rolling on the floor?

And the ref put the whistle to his mouth to blow then didn't.
