Remember the days back in 1990 when our salute was a "two fingers" effort to signal a 2:0 meaningless pre season friendly win over United. (think it was a testimonial before our first game "back in the big time" to quote dreadfully edited the city annual video)
Used to do it at school, half the people didnt even know what the 2 meant, but it made me feel great!
I was immature at the time, I used to do the salute inbetween putting my hand under my arm and making fart noises.

From celebrating a pre season friendly to a treble....how things change, but we do still love our salutes!!

Extremely bitter about Barry (who turned down a bigger wage to go to Liverpool), Milner, Delph and Grealish (who still wanted to leave his boyhood club when they said they would match his wages with City) all leaving them to win trophies as they all knew they had no chance if they had stayed at Villa.
