The After Party at CO-OP LIVE

Speaking to somebody involved recently; yes 100%, the campus will be a 7 day a week venue. Whether its football or concerts.
And both will work hand in hand.
Someone up for a gig may stay in the hotel and kill the afternoon by doing the city tour.
Someone may hang about after a game to attend a concert.

But at the mo, my guy said,”we almost have to pay people to head out east of the centre”

The comparison was with fulhams new stand the fulham pier that is there now. Its a bit different strolling along the thames than the canals in mcr

But…. The club are actively buying up any land that comes up for sale in the strip between the centre and the etihad. Though i know thats no secret
Has been clear to me for a while that they're trying to turn the Etihad Campus into something like Stratford. Wouldn't surprise me if they buy that Tesla land and turn it into something like Cheetham Hill Fort or the Regent Road retail park. I went out to Stratford in 2022 for a gig and as I was walking back to the tube station my first thought was "Ohhhh I get what City are trying to do now".

Looked class, and gutted I sacked it off now, I thought Sunday was perfect for me but fair play they got the tone spot on.
Twitter in full melt down today by the usuall suspects. Apparently your not allowed to dust down your trophies won under Pep and showcase them at his goodbye lol.

I make use of such threads. I simply go through the replies and block most of them. I am not trying to create an echo chamber. rather, I want to avoid morons as they are a waste of neural activity

Got 2 hot dogs (£14.20 each) and 2 small fries (£5.80 each) for my 2 kids. £40 on total!

I.looked at the prices and even in these rip.off times i was genuinely shocked at how expensive those hot dogs were.
I think the co op had a small shop section that looked more reasonably priced.

How did the self-service system work? I wondered into that section as someone was exiting it and grabbed myself 2 cans of water. Saved me a fiver.
