Apart from the "oil firm derby dig" (which is aimed at not just us, but Chelsea too), there's not an awful lot in there to get too wound up over, really. I've seen/watched/heard far worse these past few years.

Did Dave Kidd notice that one of those ''souls of football'' towns Blackburn had less than 6,000 fans to watch a cup tie against Swansea on Saturday
No. thought not

Because it's talking about some Rag scallies from Partington driving two minutes down Carrington Spur to get to our training ground to wind up/disrupt our squad/staff as they have nowt better to do.

How anyone can see this as a bias against City is incredible. If anything the article highlights the behaviour of United fans and provides justification for our move to our new complex and provides exposure via the video of the new complex. Another example of the sensitivities of some City fans.
Actually it shows the exact opposite of what you say. It shows that the media will pay for FoI pieces in the hope of getting a story but when they don't get what they want they decide to make a story anyway. Why do you think they paid the couple of quid to get the info?

It also shows how naive some people can be by trying to defend a piece that was quite clearly trying to have a go at our club, all to prove themselves right in a debate against fellow Blues.

Quite interesting really, in many ways.

Aside from that it isn't isolated is it? Every single fucking time the cry of "no agenda" goes up it is always predicated on you - the stupid Blue reading this - having no damn memory.

It is unremitting and across all information platforms.

Would that be the El Clasico where both clubs are 100's of milions of Euros in debt? Would that be the El Clasico where both clubs are being investigated for not paying their proper share of tax? Would that be the El Clasico where Barcelona have a transfer ban? The magic of El Clasico! Great example to use David. Who actually are you kidding?

Charles Sale in the Daily Fail talking about the fact that Ed Woodward is the highest paid football administrator in football (which is comical in itself)...

"Manchester City's Ferran Soriano is likely to be a £2m a year chief but City's accounts are less transparent"

At least his column is appropriately entitled " Sports Agenda" ?

Companies are required to disclose the remuneration of directors and specifically that of the highest paid director. Garry Cook was a director of CFG and therefore the salary of the highest paid director. although not named, was presumably his. However Soriano isn't shown as a director on the club website or in the accounts. So his salary is included in wages, along with the manager, coaches, players, ticket office staff, kit men, chefs, accountants, tea lady and laundry girls. Nothing to do with transparency.
