The Album Review Club - Week #141 - (page 1860) - JPEG Raw - Gary Clark Jr.

Had Cheap Trick's Surrender stuck in my head most of the week!

Could someone please explain to this FOC what EPs (vol1 and 2 ) means?
To me an EP was a 45 rpm 7 inch single sized vinyl record with several tracks on like the Beatles Yellow Submarine EP.

While we wait for the changeover or any final reviews, a bit of a longer term question. How do people feel about a nomination of 2EPs (Vol1 and vol2) in place of one album. The total play time is 52 minutes, and they are kind of part of a set. Or would it have to be just the one or the other at circa 25 minutes each.
OK for me.

First clue.Too easy.

'Don't tell him Pike'...it's this isn't it?

Defined as 'longer than a single, but shorter than a full length album'. 'EPs allow artists to release music without having to commit to a full length album'. Still stands for Extended Play, but i've only ever know it to be a shorter release

Clues.
