My ex sent me it as she lives there still. Nice venue and line up. Coral should be headlining for me mind
Not seen the band on this tour yet but seen Mick do an intimate gig at Heavenly Social in London. Top of his game now but Loophole for me is musically good but lyrics let it down in my mind.Off topic shackattack, have you seen MH&REB recently. I've not bought the latest album.
Was that the Static gallery one? I went one of the nights and saw the Lotus Eaters the next night. Paul's book is a great readI remember that article Shackattack, sounded grim and most likely coca related. I've only heard his first 2 solo albums which were pretty good. Haven't seen Echo since Pete DF died (although I did see Wild Swans with Les and Will on for the encore in Liverpool about 10 years ago).

The venue is nice and some nice bars about 10 mins walk away in the old town. Saw Super Furry Animals there few years backI went there last year for The Streets and also Chase & Status, really good vibe and cool bars outside the venue.
Arguably the most underrated band of the(Supergrass) 90s. And the fact that they loved the Kinks gets them extra brownie points. A brilliant band in my most humble of opinions.
Rob, Spires, you guys have any issue with me starting a 'best album of 2024' thread? Nothing too clever, just a good old PM.me your top 10 albums of the year and lets see what the numbers spit out.
If there is any meed or appetite for such a thread. Wouldn't do it every year, but as it has been mentioned this has been a good year for albums, perhaps a one off.
