What? No signing today? Anything of note happened?

Still think we are 1 midfielder light and 1 defender. Stones and kross and I believe we could challenge for the champions league.
People talk about Nasri as if he's shit. He is far from it . No point getting rid if you can't get anyone better.Perhaps, but people are saying we need another midfielder. For me there are two ways this pans out:
1. We get rid of nasri and try and replace him, not sure who we would go for though as Kroos looks off the table
2. We keep him and try and utilise him for the time being until a better option comes along
The problem is I can't see us being able to get shut of him with his current wages
Agree, also his ability to keep the ball is absolutely brilliantPeople talk about Nasri as if he's shit. He is far from it . No point getting rid if you can't get anyone better.
I think Pep is trying to push his buttons to see if he can wake him up.Agree, also his ability to keep the ball is absolutely brilliant
If Pep can whip him into shape we'd have a very good midfielder on our hands
Remember when Mancini layed into him publicly a few seasons ago and proceeded to play absolutely brilliantly for the next 6 games or soI think Pep is trying to push his buttons to see if he can wake him up.
He's definitely got it in him. If Pep can't get him going I don't know who can tbh?Remember when Mancini layed into him publicly a few seasons ago and proceeded to play absolutely brilliantly for the next 6 games or so
Just needs a kick up the backside

Having missed all of last summer, Nasri had a real chance to come in, show what he could do whilst a lot were still on their holidays and force his way into the side. Instead, he came back overweight and unfit. Sums up his attitude and desire and why I don't expect him to play a part
Totally agree, no doubting he has the talent but it doesn't appear often enough on the pitch and if he couldn't gee himself up to get fit and raring to go for a new manager then I can't see a future for him at City.Having missed all of last summer, Nasri had a real chance to come in, show what he could do whilst a lot were still on their holidays and force his way into the side. The guy has talent Dom; he has shown he has quality for us in the past and if there is a manager in the world I believe can get the best out of nasri it's PepI'll be surprised if he even plays a game.
So many posters desperate to see the best in Nasri and yet he's not even allowed to play in preseason because he's so overweight and unfit Pep thinks he'll reinjure himself even in a friendly.
