Very Good

I've watched plenty of James, obviously haven't watched him in the flesh. And I think I've seen the odd clip of Nasri.

So nothing to base such a strong opinion on. Believe me I've been infuriated by Nasri but James was a hipster favourite before the World Cup & became a name because of it, but he's proven that a lot of the hype around was unfounded. A consistent Nasri is very similar quality-wise to Rodriguez.

James offers way more. Both aren't renowned for their work ethic but James is better at practically every area. Nasri is a player that I just don't rate. He has 6 months at Arsenal where he was great but, since then, hasn't shown he's a top player. Especially playing in our side with Aguero, he has been a disappointment. James is an upgrade on Nasri and, if he is fit and firing, is one of the best in his position in the world.

Both are gifted on the ball, skillful, creative & score goals. But both are inconsistent. Nasri is more frustrating because he can be lazy, but James avoids criticism because Real don't need to rely on him, and as I've emphasised, because he's a "name".

Do you actually rate any of our players? you have a downer on pretty much all of them

Haha, I actually quite rated Bony towards the end of the season. I'm actually one of the view to not criticise players often; you won't see my involvement in the Yaya and Kolarov threads. I like Sterling just don't think he'll be world class. Nasri, on the other hand, I haven't rated for a longtime. He doesn't play to get noticed, he plays to earn a paycheck and shy away from criticism. Hiding behind Dzeko in a wall in such a big game really confirmed my thoughts.
