Over those 5 seasons we did not have Pep Guardiola as our manager.
He does physio too?
Too much pressure being heaped on guardiola. We need a striker, no matter who is in charge, unless of course he can turn water (bony) to wine (Suarez) in 1 preseason.

You've missed the point.

Will say it one more time: Pep Guardiola doesn't "do" strikers. He made allowances for Lewandoski and he'll do the same for Aguero, but his style is to play false number 9s. He most certainly will not be playing with two natural strikers on the pitch at the same time as this would mean one less midfielder.

Further, no world class striker will come to watch from the sidelines and await Aguero getting injured.

I'd love Suarez as much as anyone, but he'd be coming, if anything, to replace Aguero, not play alongside him.

If we get a top striker who should leave? Silva or Sterling because they don't score enough?

Personally I believe we bought our striker. Nolito.

Why is it so difficult for you to accept that having Nacho as the go to man isn't enough to win the PL

Because that's an assertion that isn't based on any kind of fact.

You're assuming :
1. Kun will get injured for a significant period of the season.
2. Iheanacho wouldn't score enough during that stretch for us to still win games.
3. KDB and Nolito also wouldn't produce enough.
4. City under Pep will play exactly the same as under Pellegrini.
5. A world class striker will sign for City to warm the bench.
6. Unless we get one though, Pep won't win the PL and someone ought to tell him.

But we now play with one striker and two wide men and I assume that will continue. There's no starting place for a 2nd striker. The kid as you call him is ready to cover and compete with Aguero. And then we have Nolito who scored about 40 goals over 3 seasons in La Liga. Plus Sterling. I think Iheanacho showed enough last season to show that he is ready. His scoring record was phenomenal.

IMO, he is far from being able to compete with Kun
