The Ashes 2015

Marginal gains and all that.

It's something the umpires should be helping with by letting them know when they're close and calling them not just reviewing wickets but they seem to ignore that part of the job.

A good point raised on TMS was the idea of the second umpire standing at square leg at the bowling end to ajudicate on No Ball deliveries. Their role at the batting end is practically redundant with the third umpire anyway, and calling for anything high is more an issue in the one-day game. Odd idea when you first think about it, but it has some merit

Well off to Trent Bridge today may be a very short passage of play but you never know
Hopefully see us regain the ashes live which will be another one ticked off my wishlist

Less than 10 overs and you get your money back in full.

Hopefully, it won't cost you as much as you think.

They are getting a panning down here it's beautiful, speculation that Clarke is gone and that at least 5 of this team will never be picked again. When we win tonight that is 5 of the last 7 ashes we have won, when the Aussies return in 2019 it will be 18 years since they have won in England and most of the players won't even remember it. It is a far cry from watching us lose here in 2002 when it had been over a decade since we had won home or away. For us 1987 to 2011 was a huge period not to win away , a loss in 2019 and Australia will equal it.
