What's difficult to understand

Top 4 into the CL. A max of 5 teams per country are allowed in, so if City and Liverpool win their euro cups and both finish outside the top 4, then they qualify as holders and just the top 3 get in

Bilbao are different I think as they only use Catalan players. So I think they get their own space in the CL as they don't play in Spain.
