Since KDB returned after injury performances have improved, I believe we will win tomorrow, this will affect the rags morale for Tuesday, West Ham will win. Job done, roll on next season with Pep.
 
what on earth can give anyone the Confidence that we will win tomorrow? Have you seen us play any of the top 8 this season? or our shambles of a performance wednesday night? Absolute best im hoping for is a draw.
 
I'll be honest it's not so much the missing out on top 4 it's those cunts finishing above I'm shitting myself about
If they were sat 10th I'd be nowhere near as bothered about tomorrow, as it is presently City are just about ruining my life :)

And there you see how far backwards we've gone under Pellegrini. He's that fucking useless that we can't ask for more than 4th position being in our own hands at this stage of the season. 4th!!!

Get a grip ffs, at the end of the day it's football, you have more important things in your life than where a ball finishes up.
 
lost my job on Tuesday; lost to rm in the semi on Wednesday. Surely I can't do a 450mile round trip tomorrow to see us lose our Cl place to them?

I'm a very bad loser I'm sorry, do I know that getting the piss taken out of me after laughing at all my rag mates most of the season and the suggestion they could finish above us is silly men trying to have the bragging rights ? Yep

OK, here we go with all the possibilities:
Win both games and we're third unless Arse beat Villa by at least nine goals.
Four points from Arse and Swans - 4th unless the rags win both in which case we'll be 5th. I'm discounting the possibility of Villa drawing at t'Emirates.
Win either game and we're 4th unless rags win both. I'm assuming they won't bridge the GD gap. - Lowest we can finish is 5th.
Draw both and we're 4th if the rags pick up 3 points or fewer. - Lowest we can finish is 5th.
One point - we're 4th if the rags pick up two points or fewer. Wet Spam won't bridge the GD gap. - Lowest we can finish is 5th.
Lose both and we can still be 4th if the rags lose both and Wet Spam draw or lose next Sunday. But we can also be 5th and could be 6th if Wet Spam win both and rags beat Bournemouth.

The Save Our Louis cunts have been quiet recently. We should want them to lose every fucking game.
 
The way to view it is that if we get CL - great.

If not we will then get straight into Europa League with no play off in the very early days of Pep's reign when CL play off could be a lottery anyway. As not to do so would probably require West Ham to beat United.

Either way we ARE in Europe. We were the first PL side to qualify.

Pep will have a big job getting us competitive by changing large chunks of the side.

We cannot expect miracles.

But our best hope in the CL is to be in pot 1 by winning the PL and if we have no European distractions after Christmas (as we might not do if we play youth in the Europa League) then he has a far better chance of getting a PL winning team to gell quickly than one of those plus doing well in the CL.

The only problem is possibly losing targets to United and Liverpool if they are in the CL and we are not. But Pep almost compensates as a draw anyway. So that will not be as big an issue as if we were not in the CL with Pellegrini.

So what will be will be.

Either way we have a new team to build and that will take time and nobody expects that new team to win the CL next season.

The season after - if we are in Pot 1 - then that is our best shot.
 
Can't wait for this to be over whatever happens. Horrible from the team this season, over and over and over again.

No need to apologise, I have had rags in my family taking the piss, for years. Do yo remember the sponsor EIDOS, "eleven idiots dreaming of success" I had to put up with, so bollocks to the rags, we are of sterner stuff.
 
I think 4th has gone. We need to win tomorrow and any half decent team finds it easy to play against us.

I saw more pressing from Villa against Newcastle today than I've seen from us all season.
