The club have tried to artificially generate an atmosphere as good as Hamburg since but it hasn't quite happened! This is a good opportunity for it but I'm sceptical it will happen because the match is almost a dead rubber. I hope it does though.

Yeah fuck it, I don't 'believe' as one poster suggested. We're out and I'm over it but let's enjoy the occasion anyway. The club artificially created the first one with ridiculously low ticket prices and giving out inflatables.

I`ve let my Bayern mate know that they should bring inflatables with them also. I`ve told him to spread the word on the Bayern forums and invited him to the Facebook group.

If we`re going out........we`re going out with an inflatable paddling pool being passed around the ground!

The reason hamburg was so good was that.

1. Tickets were priced at £5 and were available to all. Fans there that night had possibly never been to a city match. £35 tickets will not sell quickly now so there could easily be 10000 empty seats.

2. The result was in our hands. If we had won 3-1 we would have forced extra time. It was touch and go all of the 2nd half hence the crowd support.

I think the atmosphere v Bayern will only be good if news filters through that vilarreal have scored first or if it's nil nil over there with us either winning or needing a goal.

If Napoli score early then it will be flat as pancake.

I applaud your efforts though!
