I like Slater, stein and blanc to be fair because they show a love of food in their shows rather than trying to be celebrities.

I reckon Raymond Blanc is the best though as he is a fine and technical chef who thoroughly understands how flavours go together.

When he does his master class you can see the passion he has for his work and he makes the hardest things look so easy. Also love the faces he pulls when milling about with his spoon tasting things, when the contestants are cooking.
