This just in from OSC:
"Steve Oliver, is helping Ian Cheeseman out with the offer to help sell his book on Amazon.
Ian was a guest at our last branch meeting and Steve offered to help him out.

As Steve's company is one of the biggest sellers on Amazon Marketplace he has now organised through Ian's publisher to become their authorised Amazon distributor and he's now listed the book for sale on Amazon as well as stocking the book in his MusicMagpie shop in Macclesfield.

Decent couple of reviews on Amazon and having read the book I can honestly say i enjoyed it - relatively light reading with plenty of interesting stuff.

I bought it a while ago and it is a great read, highly recommended and would make a good Christmas present. I even got Ian Cheeseman to sign it for me!

Personally I think Ian has got the Best Job in the World,he gets to attend all the matches and meets some very interesting people. Mind you I wouldn't swap his commentary position with my seat at COMS. I reckon I have a better view!! *lol*

p.s. I am not Ian Cheeseman's publicist! Just think it is a good book and he is a good commentator.

I have bought it, but not got round to reading it yet. His colin bell book was excellent and goes to show you don't need a scandal to see a biography, looking forward to reading this latest book. met Ian at a supporters club meeting and he is one top bloke

I can now confirm that. A very entertaining book.
Learned a lot already about Football in England and especially City.

Hey and there is a little blue and white spot about Schalke 04.

He made only one big mistake its all in English :o)
