Yeh, especially Prestwich_Blue, he gave me a great starting point, just expanded on a few of those, slammed in a couple of case studies, said what people should do, gave a summary and then made it look nice & pretty. I've never done an essay so quick tbh, so I think I owe PB a drink ;-P
