The Bluemoon Song Cup 2023

Some folk are confusing a good album track with a good song. It does not really exist outside of DSOTM. ’Time’ is not even the best track called ‘Time’. Bowie has that.

really torn on this one. I went for Time, not because its going to win, but just because I didn't want to see Floyd get trounced.
I don't mind too much them getting beaten by such a classic though.

Time isn't anywhere near my favourite off Dark Side so I'm not too surprised by the result. If it had been Us and Them or Great Gig in the Sky or even Eclipse I might have been more put out by it.

Yes, thank goodness, since you’re wrong :)

They’re both fantastic IMO. I love them. But to ME, The Boxer is the best song S&G ever did, whereas I would humbly argue Wish You Were Here is PF’s best.
