Strictly Speaking Kentucky Rain was released in 1970 but if its allowed I will choose it for three reasons.

1/. Its an original.

2/. Dusty didn't want to record Windmills as she despised the lyrics and it shows in her version.

oh and I almost forgot 3/. Kentucky Rain is a better song and the King sings it well.

I like both artists, but Kentucky Rain is much better. Dusty’s version here is dreary.

Released and recorded , BH says a song from the sixties in his protocol makes it possible to include this song I guess so fair enough.
I just mentioned when the Elvis fan would have first heard the song.
