Great news. Have you tried contacting Waterstones branches outside of Greater Manchester? Some of their London stores stock City books and it'd be worth contacting them to provide details etc. They stock City books because of the volume of Mancs who end up working in London.

If you go on to the Waterstones website you can select an existing City book (best to try either my "Big Book Of City" or Eric Alexander's book at the moment) and search on Store Availability. That'll show which Waterstones branches stock my book and/or Eric's. Once you know that you can then contact them direct because they either know City books sell there, or they have a City fan on their staff.
