Regulations are a farce and nothing to do with sustainability. It is better for a clubs finances to sell a home grown player for £x buy player from another club for £x and amortise. ClUbs can reach agreement to beat system by "swapping" home grown players

To be even more pedantic, you could argue that the word ‘murder’ is a legal term only correctly applied to convicted murderers.

So it’s impossible to have ever legally murdered someone.
