Now now lads, just because you lot are in the dizzy heights and edging ever closer to the premiership trophy. lets not forget the sleeping giants have awoken.

West ham was class from start to finish yesterday, and were going into the playoff final with great momentum - few of you mentioned you dont like Sam Alladyce style of football - well , i hope yesterdays performance proved were not the long ball merchants Big Sam is tagged with as we have played like that for most of the season.

Can not wait for the final but am absolutely bricking it. UP THE HAMMERS
Hope you come up. I rate fat Sam. Very underated manager.

Just the final now, I think if you get Blackpool you could slip up, nobody expected them to win the last time they were in the play-offs.

However I hope the hammers win, great club.

Can't stand West Ham personally - deluded fans still wallowing in the nostalgia of England winning the world cup, when they actually meant something, and still think they are a big club, when obviously they are not.
Fat Sam's 'tactics' consist solely of kicking the ball into hyperspace and hoping someone gets on the end of it.
Any team managed by him is dreadful to watch, and even West Ham fans don't like him much.
Blackpool for me.
Local-ish,and a great day out.

I dont think we wallow in England winning the world cup at all , i think the media like to play on that , however Bobby Moore will never be forgotten and just because we had a few players in the England squad that day doesn't mean we won it obviously.

Your wrong on Sam's tactics, he got Bolton to europe playing great football ( Jay-Jay Okocha, Nicolas Anelka, Enrique etc ) - Likewise for a squad thats had to be totally rebuilt we are playing great football, especially away from home and were one of the biggest scorers in the league, you dont get that from negative long ball tactics. Vaz Te , Kevin Nolan, Collision, Noble are great to watch when they click together, at the moment it looks like there gelling at the right time.

-- Tue May 08, 2012 11:38 am --

Im worried about Blackpool aswell, we stuffed them home and away this season - but you just know on the day at wembley against Holloway it could be so different

I've heard somewhere that each promoted side gets 50 millions. Is that right?

It would be nice stuff for Blackpool to get 100 millions in 3 seasons, they could make business with that. Get promoted, get relegated, get promoted... :)

seeing in media that it's actually worth 90 millions these days. It's really an opportunity for Blackpool if they make it - 180 millions in 3 years, they can't earn that money while staying in PL, lol

SEA SEA SEASIDERSSS..hope they get too the final and mess West Ham up... It really is a dellusional club West Ham

hoping Birmingham can do it. lot of time for Hughton was unlucky to be hoyed out of toon n would like to see him do well.

failing that have say west ham (despite BFS) be nice for Nolan to come back to St james n hopefully get the good welcome back he deserves.

Chris Hughton has done a wonderful job, in very difficult circumstances, its hard enough when you go down, losing players and the like, but when your owner gets sent down as well, its nigh on impossible. They werent disgraced in Europe either, think he is my manager of the year in any division. Also, the football they have played has been a lot better than McLeish trotted out. It will be tough for Blackpool to go through IMO

I cant stand Holloway and Fat Sam (although i dont mind West Ham, decent supporters and a club that has always tried to play good football historically) probably would be after baconface on my manager hit list, although if i only had 3 bullets, i would shoot Baconface 3 times to be sure.
