The Cheltenham Festival.

I was torn between yours and my horse( Impaire et passe) again another one of Mullins. I got him at 6s a few weeks back.Apart from last 2 years, favourites haven't faired well in this race. Facile Vega looks the one to beat but I'm a fucker for value. Might be cursing that strategy come next Tuesday.

Thinking about it those two might make a decent reverse forecast bet…. :-)

This weather we’re getting now is identical to that leading into 1989 festival which produced some ridiculous priced winners, Beech Road at 50/1 for the champion hurdle and i think there were others at 33/1, 66/1 and 100/1. Could be a good week to look at place and ew betting.

I got 50/1 on Commander of Fleet last year on my app and 62.5/1 at the course .

Most of South Warwickshire seems to decamp to Cheltenham each year. It’s absolutely huge round here. Went once in 2019. Enjoyed it. Need to think about going back at some point.
