The choice is yours

I bought a half and half scarf once, when they were souvenier items rather than a fucking stupid way to support both teams. Needless to say, its stuffed in a draw.

Never bought a half and half, but will do when we play Kiev.
My old fella(not with us now) was from Kiev, came over here when he was 17 many moons ago.Never fuckin shut up about "the mighty Dynamo".
Brought me up a blue, purely based on his hatred for the rags.
Think I at least owe him a half and half.

My other half couldn't give a toss about football and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Imagine her being a big blue. Ffs I would never get a minutes peace!

Do these shoes match this bag? Do you think I should grow my fringe out? You won't loose weight if you're drinking every other night! Do you think Pep will want to play 3 at the back? FUCK OFF!

City is my only escape.

On Sunday I remember seeing a "city fan" who happened to be a really beautiful young woman, and who also happened to be wearing a half and half scarf, cueing up for the turnstile to get into Wembley next to me. Such a shame.

So, just a little hypothetical. Would you rather your other half be:

A. A football hater.
B. An adamant half and half scarf wearer.
C. A rag.

The choice is yours.
You know the BlueMoon rules.... surely you took a picture of said beautiful girl?

lol

Yeah I used to think it would be pretty cool to date a City fan, but then when you really imagine it.......joining you at games, down the pub with your mates...the appeal soon went out the window.

I think it's a fine line between finding a woman who is 1) indifferent to football, and 2) a woman who actively hates it.

That's possibly the first valid reason I've ever seen for buying one.

I didn't marry a blue, but she attended her first City game on our honeymoon. She has never looked back, and while she's never been a regular match goer, she is often our lucky charm when she attends, rarely see's us lose (and that's over 30+ years). Her first ever derby was the 5-1, and I think she's only seen us lose 1 derby live in all the years. She's been at many other big games, and I can't remember many losses.

The problem we can have is neither of us are good losers so tempers can be a bit short at times, thank fuck she didn't know me in the dark days, it'd put world war 3 to shame :-)

I suggest you get her tickets for the last 11 games mate.

A is the obvious choice out of the options, but not sure I could be with someone who "hates" football.

My missus has an ST at White Hart Lane. I love fact she is a football fan. I can watch football any time with no grief, she encourages me to games and she even shows patience when I come home pissed and need to spend most the following day in bed as I am hungover. She also appreciates that I am in a foul mood for a day or so, if we have lost.

On one of our earliest dates, she came to my house and an alarm sounded from her phone. She read the screen and said, "Match of the Day is about to start. Do you mind if I watch it?"

I love it.

Mine doesn't like football. I only took her to a game once, she thought the Fenton twins had nice legs, never took her again. She does however, not give two figs if I disappear to the football for the weekend as she likes the shops.
