It's true, you have to question De Gea on the Dzeko goal but did you see how little spin his strike put on the ball? It corkscrewed and De Gea didn't realise it was bending away until it was too late. That's what I have been saying Edin can do. Give him service and he can hammer them in.

I also think he was not that bad on the ball save that one give away toward the beginning of the match. He does fall when he gets bad challenges which means, yes, we won't get free kicks, but at least we can respect him and our squad for it.

Balo is not playing badly, either. He is looking more mature in most of his decision-making (there were times I was expecting him to do something flashy and unnecessary but instead he held up and passed to the side or back).

As always Silva is class. Already has an assist.

Lets be fair guys, Sky has to pander to the rags. Especially because those children can't handle losing. 3-1 to Barca and they were still talking shite.

United have dominated for the most but they haven't created anything clear cut. Two good goals, particularly the first. The amount Wilkins has slagged off Balotelli is annoying though Redknapp actually pointed out his part in getting Dzeko some space for the second goal. They work quite well together and Silva playing more centrally is always good to see.
Very good work by Ed to get himself into that couple of yards of space and then a great run by Mario to distract the Norwich defenders. And what a ball in by the little genius for the first goal. Now we don't want any complacency in the second half. If we can get the next goal, that should set off the fire drill in the East Stand today.

ALL FUCKING DAY!!!!!!!!!
Leave it out.

Still a friendly, no reason to park the bus.

Nonetheless, I see Aguero getting time while Silva is on so the two can develop their future deadly pairing
