First time I’ve properly thought they could be facing real wipeout. This is that bad even the pundits that have stayed fairly close are laying into it. What the hell were they thinking putting this out?

This is genuinely why diversity in the workplace is important.

The reason they've released this is because they can't see how bad it is.

They can't see what the rest of the world sees because there's no dissenting voices left, there's no one who isn't an ideologue committed to the party, there's no one who can offer a different perspective.

No one to say "Maybe we can't attack crime increases under our government?" or "Perhaps we shouldn't refer to a democratic election held in the country we control as 'seizing power'?".

When you create a homogeneous group of people they find it very hard to think outside of their own POV.
