AbsolutelyI dont read the daily mail, I'm old enough and intelligent enough to form my own opinion through experience and facts in the public domain..! Facts neither you or the Labour party are able to refute .....! You can throw any number of charts in you like but Labour cannot be trusted with our money, it's that simple ...

May is just tearing her party to pieces
We've been though this before I think. Of course it's "our money". The government doesn't have any of its own money, only that wish it takes (with or without their consent) from other people. Show me the contract in this "contractual obligation"!Given that the chart in question outlines fiscal performance under both parties and you decline to accept it what you really mean is you will only accept evidence and facts in the public domain that fit the preconceived beliefs you already hold.
Also it’s not your money. Tax money is a contractual obligation in exchange for services, security etc. Once collected by the Govt it is the Govt’s money over which you have no say or control over. The branding of it as ‘your money’ is at best a polite fiction.
Yeah she is. Witness the latest seemingly futile attempts to remove her. Attempts that will dominate the summer as they are desperate to do it before the Party conference. She appears to have reached the ‘fuck you I ain’t going so what you going to do about it?’ stage with her Party.
This will no doubt ensure we make zero progress on Brexit and means a further extension is likely in October.

You can debate all you like the rights and wrong of whether we should or should not be obligated to pay for whatever service, but that doesn't change anything.
And regards the table, what it does not show (even assuming the figures are correct, which I reserve judgement upon) is what circumstances prevailed either before the respective party took over (i.e. were they handed a crock of shite), what the global economic backdrop was, nor any other critically important factors. The idea that the Labour party with it's ridiculous spend and tax, spend and spend and more tax and borrow and spend and tax and spend and borrow, is the party of debt repayment? Utterly ludicrous suggestion. Only a fool or Labour zealot would accept that table on face value.
It may be the government's money to spend as they see fit once taken via taxes but ultimately it's our money at source ... As I previously stated, even in a period when economic growth was unprecedented, the labour government under Blair and Brown managed to blow the lot to buy votes, Brown even sold our gold reserves at a car boot price and managed to leave the Tories an empty pot, full of labour promises and disastrous fiscal management ...Given that the chart in question outlines fiscal performance under both parties and you decline to accept it what you really mean is you will only accept evidence and facts in the public domain that fit the preconceived beliefs you already hold.
