Is there any comparison to 100 years ago when we started to have radio and hear about other countries through to tv a few years later?

Social media has allowed everyone to have a voice.

Radio and TV allowed everyone to have an ear 100 years ago.

I don’t know where I’m going with this, but it just crossed my mind.

They certainly can.

For whatever reason earlier, they deleted stuff from a mosher. I didn’t see why. It was probably deserved, but editing happens everywhere.

It’s just called cancelling at times.

Funnily enough earlier on today on the radio I heard a discussion about tattoo's and about 100 years ago a tattooist wrote an article where he complained people were getting tattoo's because it was trendy and didn't care about the art - that was carried in a daily paper. Overall many attitude's have not changed I suppose but the enemy of the ruling class is that people can now access, read and discover things about each other they may not like. The high street or the back fence we once gossiped over is now global - for some thats an issue.

That wasn’t where I was aiming.

It‘s people being informed about news in real time and their reaction.

100 years ago, They were told about a common enemy and they came together.

Now there are billions of enemies and it depends on what news you’ve consumed to how you react, but you can tell billions of others how you feel.

When the Tories came to power, it was around £1.60 to the dollar.

It’s now around £1.05.

Do you think the Tories have done a good job?

At what level would you start to believe that maybe you’ve been a mug and the country has been sold off?
