They really need to understand what's happened in the last few hours. To some its a game, a rivalry like football. They do not truly get what's unfolding and how serious it is.

Rishi was always the sensible option. He's toff nosed and a bit of a treat but he was the best choice financially going forward. He needs being made PM immediately. We need an emergency vote of no confidence and I don't think the country can wait another day

If Rishi is brought in and turns this shit show around, he deserves to be PM for another decade!

If anything major fails, like a pension fund, it will destroy the Tories for a generation, but it makes millions of peoples’ lives truly miserable.

Parliament needs to be recalled so there is some accountability. It is criminal that she’s gone into hiding.

It would mean many working until the day they die because living on a state pension wouldn't be nearly enough. I'm sure they'd find a way to Weasel out of paying that too.

I'm 45 and wrote off any idea I'll get a penny in a state pension a few years ago.

Gone into hiding would imply she was visible and active at some other point?

As far as I can make out, she is known for being one of the last people fortunate to have met the Queen, then giving a Eulogy which had all the gravitas of Harry Maguire giving a defensive coaching lesson to Baresi and Maldini.
