This is just a shift to the other Toryism that led us here in the first place. Everyone pays more, for everything, so the top bracket feel secure. Hopefully that will rub off on you lot, LOL.
Also, we can't make you pay to see a doctor, but we can make it impossible. And then make you pay, at every stage, for the privilege of treating yourself.
It doesn't pass the 'reasonable' conservative test, as people are dropping out of work at an alarming rate due to a massive increase in health conditions. It's bound to cost more than it saves, in other words. But it really sounds like good sense if you just automatically asssume that's poppycock and they're all workshy malingerers who will get better the instant succumb to the urge to escape poverty.
