The Conservative Party

None whatsoever

Sunak seems to think he can get inflation down and somehow get some growth going in the economy to sell that to the electorate at the next GE. Unfortunately the interest rates that are going to come in will kill that off, a lot of people will be coming to the end of their fix rates on their mortgages before this parliament ends and will be struggling to keep a roof over their heads.

I am not really that bothered who ever is in power.
They would all chose a night out with an opposition member more than Joe Public.
If anyone is expecting life changing events with a change in Government they are going to be disappointed. There just isn’t the money out there.
If they go on a spending spree and I mean life changing spending and not just tweaking at the edges, with borrowed money, it’s great for us savers as interest rates will go even higher, but bad news for borrowers.
How Labour will deal with the Public Sector demanding catch up wages will be very interesting. My tip is they will demand restraint and workers will say what’s changed.?

Sadly that is state we are in after the last 13 years and Brexit. Brexit really has screwed our growth.

You may be right of course. The only thing I will say about growth is , in the years that we did grow did anyone really notice a change in their living standards. I never recall any politician saying we have had a really good year do you want some free money. Every politician always promises jam tomorrow, but as we know from childhood, tomorrow never seems to come.

Labour are on a hiding to nothing and I feel sorry for them having to pick up the pieces that will be left by the Tories.

It is going to take more than one term in Government to start to make any inroads.

As long as they are honest, they will have my support.

The Tories got greedy, putting themselves first and I hope it sees them out of office for decades

Shut up Gove you prick
You see with answers like that, it makes the undecideds nervous about voting for the left and as hard as Starmer will try, some on the left cannot hold themselves back from words like scum for anyone who dares to think about voting Tory. Keep up the good work, you are a great advert for your Party.

They are scum and I am more than happy to promote that. Will my crusade have any effect on the GE outcome?

You see you can give a sensible answer if you put your mind to it.
