Its not going to be a conference - just a series of fringe meetings that come together to hear what each thought up in answer to the question "how the fuck do we get ourselves out of this mess". Like one of those abominable training sessions at work that give a made up "problem" to a group then split you into smaller break out groups to go and sort the who thing out in 15 mins then come together to share the answers. Fucking wank and best judged by the quality of the biscuits on offer.
