Probably. It was just something that I agreed with, not expecting it to be implemented. Especially considering they won't be in power after the next GE.

You mean recognised nicotine retailers? There’s no such thing. You don’t need a permit or licence to sell tobacco or vapes (both of which contain nicotine). Literally any business can sell either (subject arguably to planning law, although even that doesn’t technically apply without an enforcement letter).
