He is my PCC and I’ve met him. Typical Conservative old boy, old school wanker.
On election he appointed a deputy and within five months had awarded him a 33% pay increase - no doubt in the spirit of levelling-up!

Im sure there might be some effective PCC’s somewhere but their main role is to be the ‘voice of the people‘ and to ‘hold the police to account’.

Suspect the only ‘holding’ going on is at the Lodge meets.
