The Conservative Party

There are 11 MPs from Surrey, all Conservatives.

5 are standing down.
2 of the others are Gove and Hunt, and another is the Energy Secretary.

Only 3 non-cabinet members are staying in place, and 2 of them were first elected in 2019 (as was the Energy Secretary).

8/11 will have voluntarily changed in elections of 2019 and 2024/5. That's quite a shake-up.

The Tories need to purge pretty much all their new intake from 2019. They were chosen to vote through Brexit and their job is now done.

We now need states-people who understand the concept of diplomacy and the need to cool down the rhetoric in order to negotiate better deals for our country.

Certainly quite a few of them have no aptitude for Parliament. They'll presumably shed quite a number with lost seats.

It'll be interesting to see who is left and grabs control of the upper echelons - that will show whether there is any intent to reform.
