The Daddy of all "Typical City" moments is coming up

No matter which football club you support you will never ever experience the dark, dark depression of entering the last 2 minutes of the QPR game 2.1 down and then the incredible high of scoring the winner in the 93rd minute to beat our city rivals to the title. Totally surreal, unbelievable and never to be repeated. But then again I thought that about Gillingham.
This really is tremendous club to support, with fans that love the club for what they are not for being the most glamorous and successful club not just in Manchester but the world.
I have unbelievable respect for all blues, coz it was so much easier in days gone by to be a red. Not any more though, the future is BLUE.
May the roller coaster ride continue. We thrive on the downs as well as the ups.
Unsurprisingly this moment is so underrated by the media and football fans in this country

In the 8 years since they have slowly managed to convince so many gullible people that Anfield 89, Barcelona 99 and Istanbul 05 were better

not a chance.. for so many reasons 93:20 is the most iconic moment in the entire history of English club football .. and I doubt it will ever be beaten

To this day the overriding emotion I remember when I think of that game is rage. I was fucking fuming when that Dzeko equalizer went in. After that it's just a drunken blur. Happy days, football/City will never top that.

The cell in Cyprus felt like the Ritz, I even got the desk sergeant cracking up as on my release that evening I jumped on his front desk and pelted ‘City, City’.... he could see the unadulterated joy and put the two together, a cheeky wink, and even got a lift back to the bar I was lifted from....

personal circumstance prevented me being there, I hadn’t missed a game in 15 years, however, in a poetic way, it meant more..... and what a night we had (2 days straight)

Landed a ticket from a former ‘business associate’ of my father less than an hour before kick off, when drinking in the Waldorf. The only ever City game where I’ve reached the conclusion that I can’t sort myself out with a ticket.

Felt amazing to get that call. Was not expecting that.

Best single momemt watching City. Pure bedlam. Impossible to top what that moment meant.

2019 is my favourite season, but that game will never be topped as an occasion to be at.

What a ride.

I came out of the QPR Staggering
Like a Mega work out met by a Wave of Pure Emotion
Turned Around and looked at the Etihad and
Thought
"Well weve had Worse Days" with s big smile on my face
Then proceeded to get Hammered in the Pub
What a hangover AGAIN Via City
But this time it was worth it.

Worse still, people think Leicester winning the league is a better “moment” than Agüeroooooo!

With the backstory, decades of watching our biggest rivals dominate this country, the 44 year wait, the best Prem season in history, Tevez going AWOL, the title run-in with that lot, being 8 points behind with 5 games left, the Everton result at the Swamp, that Kompany header in the derby, Yaya at Newcastle, going ahead against QPR, losing Yaya, losing the plot despite having a man extra, 1-2 down, injury time comes still losing, get one, then get the winner...

Surely that is the most explosive moment of euphoria in football/sporting history?!
