I think it hinges on the outcome of tomorrow's match.

Go on then...., so?

I like a good cliffhanger, but spit it out man!

I think it will be far more open if Chelsea win, which would benefit us on the counter like last season, and also the same way they played us this season.

You mean cos if they lose the cup 1/4 the league game will be their only chance to stick it to us, so they'll be more all out attack? I can see that too tbh.
Anyway, I can't bring myself to wish for anything except a Chelsea win tomoro regardless.

Partly that, and partly not to show their respective hands before the semi if we play each other.

I think 100% of blues will want the blues to win tomorrow regardless. It will be more enjoyable all round if we have Chelsea in the semi.

This, it would be a far better day out playing Chelsea.

We fought in France, We fought in Spain
We fought in the Sun and we fought in the Rain
We took the Kop and Chelsea too
But what we like most is kicking a blue
Kicking a blue
Kicking a blue
What we like most is kicking a blue

When I read those words it seems obvious ours was first.

'Fought in the kop and fought in the shed' both refer to grounds whilst their's seems to just swap a stand name for a team name that rhymes with blue.

Not that I'm proud of the whole violence thing.

Nothing but a win here. We gotta put them back right where they belong. I reckon a 1:2 or even better a 1:3! Whatever the result is it should be a win for us. Come on City!

kicking some rag scum
kicking some rag scum
what we like best
is kicking some rag scum

It has to be the most meaningless Derby ever.

Far more important to all of us is Scums game against the Chavs today at Lunchtime. Van Persie's injury time equaliser at West Ham and De Gea's lucky last minute save from Juan Mata leads me to believe they may have their name on the FA Cup.

If they win the "Double" it will not be a happy Summer.

I will take a Defeat next Monday night for a Chelsea win against them today.

Taking the day off of work here in the states! Two United fans at work too. Let's build the confidence for Wembley

Tough match ahead but it looks like we will be able to field a full team

All thoughts and discussion in here please

This is our chance to poke them rag twats in the eye!!
A poke in the eye with a burnt stick, as they say in the classics. I am definitely cheering on Chelski to knock them off in the Cup. Even money bet I reckon.

If we play to our ability at the swamp we will knock them off their perch. Yaya needs to keep the beast in him alive for next week and I am confident we can spoil their party.

Play the best team we have ATM and beat these fukers at their swamp..c'mon City!!!!!
